Serge Sargsyan will henceforth be the head of the RA Government and
the Defense Minster, verified sources report.
No other changes are expected in the government. Today the NA counters
one difficulty; to convene a sitting in order to affirm the program of
the newly-formed government. Eventually, no program will be drawn as
the government headed by Serge Sargsyan, will continue the
implementation of the coalition's program. Nevertheless, the RA NA
must affirm the government's program by May 1 under the RA
Constitution.
Thus, the problem of securing quorum becomes urgent on the eve of the
upcoming elections.
