Aliyev's statements are part of their state propaganda

`The recent aggressive statements of the Azerbaijani President Ilham
Aliyev are part of their state propaganda. He always spoke that
way. However, I think that if they were ready to resolve the conflict
in a military way, they would have done it long ago,' RA Defense
Minister Mikhael Harutyunyan told the journalists today.
`They are well familiar with the capacities of the armed forces of
Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh, they know it will not be very easy to
solve the questions through aggression. That is the reason of their
inactivity. However, if they start acting, they will receive what they
deserve. They always speak about the territorial integrity of
Azerbaijan. We have told them if there are no mutual concessions, the
problem will not be solved and they will not gain any territory
controlled by Karabakhi forces. If they want to resolve the problems
with a number of regions adjacent to Nagorno Karabakh, they must make
concessions. We'll not go for unilateral concessions. They understand
it pretty well. Thus, such statements are not proper for the President
of Azerbaijan, who is simultaneously holding negotiations on conflict
settlement,' Mikhael Harutyunyan said.
