Estonia expelled 11 foreign nationals, including three citizens of
Russia, during April, the daily SL Ohtuleht reported.

Anne-Maarja Olei, spokesperson for the Citizenship and Migration Board,
said that there were three Russian citizens, two Moldovan citizens,
two Armenian citizens and two alien residents of Latvia, as well as one
citizen of Azerbaijan and Belarus each among the expelled individuals.

Over the past few months Estonia has also expelled Ukrainian, Kazakh
    and Indian nationals.

All the expelled individuals were either unwanted in Estonia or posed
a risk for some reason. "Most of the expelled individuals were staying
in the country illegally," Olei said.

The authorities that ordered the expulsions were the Citizenship and
Migration Board and the Border Guard Board.
