CONSTANTINE ZATOULIN: NAGORNO-KARABAGH HAS BEEN FUNCTIONING AS AN
INDEPENDENT STATE
The Nagorno-Karabagh has been functioning as an independent state,
Director of CIS States Institute, a deputy of RF State Duma, a member
of Unified Russia Party General Council Constantine Zatoulin stated
at the opening ceremony of the Institute branch in RA.
`'I believe the conflict can be settled only in peaceful way, via
mutual agreements'', C. Zatoulin said, adding the settlement's
principles may be various.
`'The discussion of the status of Kosovo and other international
conflicts of the kind should be used in the Karabagh settlement, and
Russia should play its part in the issue'', C. Zatoulin thinks,
Novosti-Armenia Agency reports.
