OPEN BAG WITH ELECTORAL DOCUMENTS OF PRECINCT ELECTORAL COMMISSION NO
38/31 SENT TO DISTRICT ELECTORAL COMMISSION
KAPAN, MAY 13, NOYAN TAPAN. Out of 4 city communities of electoral
district No 38, the highest turn-out was registered in the city of
Kajaran - 82%, followed by Agarak - 80%, Meghri - 75%. 19,469 voters
or 63% of the total number participated in the voting in the city of
Kapan.
Precinct electoral commission No 38/31 was the first to submit
documents to the district electoral commission (DEC). But the bag with
documents was open, and the respective protocol was made at the DEC in
this connection. The chairman and secretary of the precinct electoral
commission explained that they did know the way of closing the bag so
they decided to submit docments in an open bag.
According to preliminary information from 5 rural communities, the ARF
and the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) received an almost equal
number of votes. "Orintats Yerkir" party is in third place.
