Azerbaijan is preparing a programme of "refugees' return" to Nagorno
Karabakh and the sub-control regions, while the refugees' opinion is
neglected. As deputy Chairman of AR Government, Chairman of the State
Committee for refugees and IDP Ali Hasanov told the Day.az, the
preliminary version of the programme has been prepared jointly with
the international organizations and sent to all the Embassies and
Ministries as to get their opinion.
Touching on the recent "denunciations" made by Ilham Aliyev on the
content of the negotiation process, Hasanov said there was a "strong
message addressed to Armenia, first of all, as well as to the states
engaged in the Karabakh conflict settlement, the co-chair-countries".
It is unclear what a mysterious weapon was used by AR President this
time. "The Armenians, as the president noted, came to this land as
guests and they should live there as such", Hasanov said. He withholds
how the joint habitation of the two peoples will be, however, the
previous experience shows what it ends in.
