EMPLOYEES OF A NUMBER OF MUSEUMS AWARDED GOLD MEDALS ON OCCASION OF INTERNATIONAL DAY OF MUSEUMS

YEREVAN, MAY 18, NOYAN TAPAN. An exhibition of archeological models
kept from the bronze century was organized at the Yerevan Erebuni
historic-archeological preserve-museum on May 18, on the occasion
of the International Day of Museums. During the solemn ceremony
proceded opening of the exhibition, Hasmik Poghosian, the RA Minister
of Culture and Youth Issues mentioned that the state today does its
best to assist work of museums.
She gave gold medals of the Ministry to Director of the Erebuni Museum
Suren Malkhasian, Director of the History Museum of Armenia Anelka
Grigorian, Director of the Hovhannes Tumanian House-Museum Verjine
Movsisian, head of the creative group of the Museums of Armenia TV
program Rafayel Hovhannisian. Directors of a number of other museums
were rewarded with diplomas of the Ministry.
