YEREVAN, MAY 25, NOYAN TAPAN. Under the May 23 decree of the Armenian
president Robert Kocharian, Nikolay Grigorian was appointed the
deputy chairman of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission for
a five-year term. NT was the RA president's press service that the
decree takes effect on May 29, 2007.
