GOVERNMENT AFFIRMED ANNUAL REPORT ON LAND BALANCE

Yesterday the government affirmed the annual report on the land
balance according to which 1145.8 ha of land is registered with the
land cadastre of Karabakh of which only 2.23 thousand ha is irrigated.
513.5 thousand ha is used in agriculture, of which 157.8 thousand ha
is farming land, 286.5 thousand is pastures, 497.6 ha is forests.
According to the report, 36.64 thousand ha are owned by NKR citizens,
21.25 thousand are owned by communities, 988.8 ha is state property.
