NEWLY APPOINTED JUDGES SWEAR TO BE UNBIASED AND HUMANE

According to Presidnet Robert Kocharyan's decree of October 26 Armen
Babayan was appointed Judge of the First Instance Court of Avan
and Nor Nork communities, President's Press Office informs. Arshak
Petrosyan was appointed Judge of the First Instance Court of Kentron
and Nork-Marash communities.
The swearing in ceremony of the newly appointed Judges took place
during today's sitting of the Judicial Council, featuring RA President
Robert Kocharyan.
The Judges swore to carry out the responsibilities in compliance with
RA Constitution and laws, to be unbiased, fair and humane, to ensure
the rule of law and keep high the reputation of the judicial authority.
