ARMENIAN PRESIDENT MEETS LITHUANIAN FOREIGN MINISTER

ArmInfo. Armenian President Robert Kocharyan met Lithuanian Foreign
Minister Petras Vaitiekunas.
The Armenian presidential press-service told ArmInfo that during the
meeting R.Kocharyan expressed content with the current level of the
Armenian-Lithuanian relations and noted that Armenia's involvement
in the European Neighborhood Policy opens new opportunities for
cooperation between the two countries. For his part, P.Vaitiekunas
stressed that Armenia has definitely chosen the path of European
integration and Lithuania is willing to share its experience with
Armenia. The meeting also covered regional problems and issues
concerning the promotion of bilateral cooperation within the frames
of international organizations.
