ICRC REPRESENTATIVES VISIT AZERBAIJANI CIVIL CAPTIVE ANAR ALIYEV

Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross
(ICRC) Office in Nagorno Karabakh met with Azerbaijani civil captive
on November 8, press service of ICRC Office in Azerbaijan told the APA.
They monitored detention condition of the captive, his physical
and psychological condition. Condition was established for exchange
of letters for him. ICRC representatives visit the captive for the
6th time.
The captive civilian whom ICRC representatives met is 30-year old
Terter resident Anar Aliyev. He was captured by Armenians on August 2,
2007.
