KOCHARIAN RECEIVES PRESIDENT OF BANK OF NETHERLANDS

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 13, ARMENPRESS: President Robert Kocharian received
today Nout Wellink, president of the Bank of the Netherlands, who is
in Armenia for an official visit.
Kocharian's press office said Mr. Wellink described his country's
relations with Armenia as 'excellent,' saying also he was pleased
with the level of cooperation between the Bank of the Netherlands
and Armenia's Central Bank.
Nout Wellink also spoke about the outcome of his negotiations here
saying they were interesting and productive. He said he was impressed
with high level knowledge of Armenian banking specialists and their
skills.
According to Robert Kocharian, Armenia strives to become a regional
center for intellectual services and to that end plans to invest
heavily in human resources.
