ARMENIAN STATE COMMISSION PROVED THE FACT OF DETAINING OF AN AZERBAIJANI CITIZEN TRYING TO CROSS THE ARMENIAN BORDER

ArmInfo. Armenian State Commission on captives, hostages and missing
proved the fact of detaining of an Azerbaijani citizen trying to
cross the Armenian border.
As the head of the working group of the Commission Armen Kaprielyan
told ArmInfo correspondent, on 5 November Azerbaijani citizen
Binnatov Masim Elkhan-ogli, born in 1974, crossed the Armenian
border at Noyemberyan sector of the contact line between Armenian
and Azerbaijani armed forces. Binnatov said that he is a resident
of Shikhli-2 village. At present the detained person is in Military
Police of Armenian Defence Ministry. Representatives of ICRC have
already visited him.
