POLYTECHNIC BECOMES WINNER IN ARMENIAN MEN'S BASKET-BALL HIGHER LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 15, NOYAN TAPAN. The Armenian men's basket-ball
higher league 2007 championship finished. FIMA and Polytechnic
competed in the final. Polytechnic won with the score of 103 to 73
in the first game held between these teams. Polytechnic again won in
the return game. This time it won with the score of 88 to 87 becoming
Armenia's champion.
Gyumri and YSU's team competed in the game for the 3rd place. After
two games held between these teams the score was equal, 1 to 1. In
the 3rd decisive game Gyumri won with the score of 74 to 69.
