BULGARIAN PRIME MINISTER: FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN BULGARIAN AND ARMENIAN NATION DETERMINES GOOD POLITICAL RELATIONS

Sofia. The friendship between the Bulgarian and Armenian nation
determines the good level of the political relations between the
two states, Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev said during the meeting
with His Highness Garekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catolicos of All
Armenians who received the Bulgarian Prime Minister in the headquarters
of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Echmiadzin, the Government Press
Office announced. The Armenian Apostolic Church considers sending a
spiritual leader for the Armenian Community in Bulgaria, Gerakin II
said. His Holiness blessed Bulgaria and wished prosperity for all
Bulgarian citizens. With the meeting with His Holiness the official
visit of the Bulgarian Prime Minister in Armenia ended.
