VLADIMIR KAZIMIROV: EVERY CONFLICT IS SPECIFIC BUT HARDLY UNIQUE

Certainly, every conflict is specific but hardly unique. This does
not mean that there is no likeness or analogies with this or that
conflict, the former co-chair of the OSCE MG, envoy Vladimir Kazimirov
told ArmInfo correspondent when replying to the question about an
attempt to present the Kosovo conflict as a unique one with all the
    stemming circumstances.

'The point is simpler than it is presented to us. The core is what
joint combination of the features and peculiarities of the conflict
makes the principle of the territorial integrity more effective,
and what - the principle of self-determination. I think everything
depends on multifaced specific case', - Vladimir Kazimirov said.
