PRESIDNET KOCHARYAN RECEIVED THE HEAD OF THE OSCE OFFICE IN YEREVAN

President Robert Kocharyan today received the newly appointed Head
of the OSCE Office in Yerevan, Ambassador Sergey Kapinos, President's
Press Office informs.
The President said close relations have been established with the
OSCE Office in Yerevan over the past years and currently the agenda
of cooperation is rather broad.
Congratulating Mr. Kapinos on appointment, Robert Kocharyan noted
that he assuming office at very responsible time for Armenia, since
presidential elections are ahead.
Ambassador Kapinos turned to the assembly of the regional OSCE
offices and underlined that the OSCE Office in Yerevan received a
high evaluation.
