The Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of
Europe will be headed by Deputy of the National Assembly, ex-Justice
Minister David Harutyunyan, ArmInfo was told from well-informed
sources.
Let us remind that currently the Armenian delegation is headed by the
Speaker of the National Assembly Tigran Torosyan, ho found it proper
to refuse form the position after his reelection as Parliament Speaker
because of tense schedule.
