"IEEE EAST-WEST, DESIGNING AND TESTING" SYMPOSIUM TO BE HELD IN YEREVAN ON SEPT 7-10

YEREVAN, September 6. /ARKA/. "IEEE East-West, Designing and Testing"
symposium is to be held in Yerevan on September 7-10, the Press Service
of one of the sponsors of the symposium, "Virage Logic", reported.
The symposium will give technical collaborators and scientists from
Eastern and Western Europe, North America and other countries to
exchange an opportunity to exchange experience in the sphere of
designing, the press release says.
The aim of the symposium is to attract specialists, particularly from
the new independent countries, Black Sea countries and countries of
Central Asia.
24 leading experts are to participate in the symposium. 150
applications from 25 countries have already been submitted.
"Virage Logic" Corporation was founded in 1996. In 1999, the
corporation set up its center for research and development in
Armenia. The center has 100 employees, which is one fourth of the
total number of the corporation's staffs all over the world.
