ARMENIAN TV BROADCASTING INAUGURATION OF LEADER OF NAGORNYY KARABAKH REPUBLIC

Armenian Public TV started broadcasting live the inauguration of
the newly-elected president of Nagornyy Karabakh at 1700 local time
(1200 gmt) today.
The Karabakh leader is delivering a speech at the moment. Armenian
President Robert Kocharyan and other top officials of Armenia and
the Nagornyy Karabakh republic are also attending the ceremony.
