STEPANAKERT HAS ITS FLAG

Armenia
The capital city of the Nagorno-Karabagh Republic has its flag. The
corresponding enactment was signed by the Mayor of Stepanakert Eduard
Aghabekian.
The flag is a right-angled cloth, 100 centimeters wide and 170
centimeters long. Its color is white, which symbolizes peace. In
the centre of the flag there is a circle - a symbol of eternity
consisting of thirteen blue triangles, by the number of all capital
cities of Armenia.
In the centre of the circle there is a picture of monumental
composition made by sculptor Sargis Baghdasarian titled "We and
Our Mountains", which symbolizes longevity. The circle's red,
dark blue and orange colors represent NKR state flag's three colors.
