TDA Holding Ltd. set up by the Russian Troyka Dialog investment
company has bought 96.15 percent of shares of Armimpexbank owned by
Computron Industries Establishment for 13 million dollars, said Ruben
Vardanyan, president of Troyka Dialog Group, in an interview, ARKA
reported. By the way, the former owner of Armimpexbank Computron
Industries Establishment belongs to a UK-based businessman Vache
Manougian, a close friend of Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
