SECRETARY OF RPA PARLIAMENTARY FACTION WISHES HEALTH TO TIGRAN ARZAKANTSYAN WOUNDED IN MOSCOW

ArmInfo. Secretary of RPA parliamentary faction Samvel Nikoyan wished
get-well to the deputy of the Armenian parliament, member of the RPA
faction Tigran Arzakantsyan who had been badly wounded and is staying
in the Moscow hospital after Sklifosofsky.
Nikoyan met journalists in Pastarq club today and called the incident
happened to Arzakantsyan an attempt upon his life, as the latter was
first knifed and then they were trying to shoot him to death.
Nikoyan thinks the incident did not happen by chance as in March 2006
Arzakantsyan was attacked in another Moscow casino.
Nikoyan categorically disproved the information that Tigran
Arzakantsyan was a member of the delegation headed by Prime Minister
Serzh Sarkisyan who is in Moscow at present. Arzakantsyan may be
present at the events within the frames of Sarkisyan's visit, but
actually he was not on the delegation.
