Appointment
Today the NKR Prime Minister A.Haroutyunian has signed corresponding
decisions of the Government about the change of the leader of the
board of administration of Shushi region. According to his
application, Vladimir Kassian was discharged from the occupied post.
Vardan Gabrielian has been appointed the leader of the board of
administration of Shushi. (press service of the NKR Government
