HUNGARY SUPPORTING AZERBAIJAN IN ACHIEVING ITS GOALS

Budapest, May 19 (MTI) - Hungary has expressed support for Azerbaijan
in attaining its aims set in the framework of the European Union's
eastern partnership programme, MP Matyas Eorsi told MTI on Tuesday.
Heading a parliamentary delegation, Eorsi held talks with Azerbaijani
President Ilham Aliyev in Baku on cooperation in the spirit of the
EU's neighbourhood policy.
Hungary is prepared to share its experience to help Azerbaijan achieve
its goals, for instance taking measures to facilitate the travels
of its citizens to European countries. To this effect, Hungary also
offered help in legislation concerning safe border control and data
storage, he said.
In the coming days the parliamentary delegation will visit Georgia
and Armenia, which are also involved in the EU's eastern partnership
programme.
