Levon Zurabyan says K. Rubinyan's behaviour is a result of inner discontent
YEREVAN, JULY 23, ARMENPRESS: A session of the civic council of the
Armenian National Congress (ANC) will be held July 28, chaired by
Levon Ter-Petrosyan, coordinator of the ANC Levon Zurabyan said.
Referring to the criticism related to the latest convention of the
Armenian National Movement voiced by Karapet Rubinyan, the coordinator
considered it a result of inter-party discontent `And we do not
comment on the inner processes of the ANC member-parties,' he said.
In regard to the Nagorno Karabakh issue the speaker said that it is of
primary importance to return Nagorno Karabakh to the negotiation
process as a negotiating party.
He noted that he has not yet read the decision of the Hague
International Court connected with Kosovo, but has always considered
that in the context of the negotiation process of the Nagorno Karabakh
issue the Kosovo process of gaining independence needs serous
examination.
