Armenia continues to be sexual trafficking source for Turkey

YEREVAN. - Total of 15 cases of human trafficking were registered in
the first half of this year, as compared to 11 cases of the same
period last year, Armenian Attorney General's Board report informs
Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Armenia is first of all a source, then transit and final destination
country. The country is source for Turkey and the Arab Emirates with
female sexual trafficking and Russia with male labor trafficking,'
lawyer Hovik Arsenyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
He also added that women at the age of 16 to 37 are mostly subjected
to sexual trafficking, labor trafficking includes all the age groups
from the underage to the elderly, and regarding the organ trafficking,
age does not matter.
