ARMENIA, IRAN INTERESTED IN THE DEEPENING OF BILATERAL RELATIONS

The newly appointed Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to
Armenia, Mohammad Reisi presented his credentials to President Serzh
Sargsyan.
The President congratulated Ambassador Reisi on starting his diplomatic
mission in our country and voiced hope that he would spare no effort
to contribute to the reinforcement of Armenian-Iranian friendly ties
and deepening of comprehensive cooperation in different spheres.
Mohammad Reisi noted that Iran attaches great importance to deepening
of relations with Armenia and assured that he would do his best to
promote the development of ties between Armenia and Iran.
The Armenian president and the Iranian Ambassador discussed issues
related to bilateral political, economic and cultural cooperation
and regional developments.
