INTERNATIONAL EXPERT GROUP SUPPORTING MILITARY EDUCATION REFORMS IS IN YEREVAN

Yerevan/Mediamax/. The international expert group formed under NATO
patronage to support military education reforms in Armenia paid a
regular visit to Armenia.
The international experts were received by First Deputy Defense
Minister of Armenia Davit Tonoyan today. During the meeting, the
experts presented their conclusions and proposals on the progress in
military education reforms in Armenia, outlined the further areas of
international consulting support to the military education reforms.
The members of the expert group also visited the center for advance
training of the officer staff of the Military College after Vazgen
Sargsyan at the Armenian Armed Forces. They delivered lectures on
"Functions of the Junior Officers".
During the visit, the expert group also visited the School of Junior
Officers of the Armenian Armed Forces where issues of elaboration of
a program for training efficient sergeant and junior officer staff
for the Armenian Armed Forces were discussed.
