Haykakan Zhamanak: Return of liberated territories against recognition
of Nagorno-Karabakh independence unacceptable

Speaking to the paper Prime Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Arayik
Harutyunyan stated that `return of liberated territories against
recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh independence' is unacceptable.
He said currently no document is being discussed in the talks over the
conflict settlement. The paper says he doubted the ongoing
negotiations and stated that the participation of the Nagorno-Karabakh
leadership in the negotiations is senseless.
