The separatist regime cannot be a part in the peace talks.

But Armenia demonstrates an unconstructive position and seeks to
achieve it and, naturally, the Azerbaijani side will never agree
to this.

A member of the Azerbaijani delegation at OSCE PA, chairman of the
Azerbaijani Parliament's agrarian policy committee Eldar Ibrahimov
has told the statement to the press, Gun.Az reported.

According to the MP, Armenian representatives utter this position
also at meetings of the OSCE PA.

The chairman said that such claims of the aggressor are unacceptable.

"As an integral part of Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh can never act as
a party. Therefore, now all international efforts should be directed
to prevent Armenia from continuing its aggressive policy and make it
show a constructive position. In other works, more effective pressure
should be exerted on Armenia for the just settlement of the conflict."
