Turkish Prime Minister's special adviser on foreign affairs Afmed
Davoudoghlu announced that Karabakh conflict is not frozen any more;
it is "taken out from freezer".

According to "Timeturk" Turkish news agency, Davoudoghli, in his
speech delivered in a conference in the USA, announced, "Courage and
creativity is needed to resolve Karabakh conflict".

"Turkish, Armenian and Azerbaijani relations are correlated and their
combined development is possible", he said, "Armenpress" reported.
