With RA President Robert Kocharyan's decree dated April 13 RA
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Poland Ashot Galoyan
was appointed RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the
Republics of Latvia and Lithuania (seat in Warsaw).
