Ex-minister of health became member of parliament

On Sunday electoral district 15 in Martakert voted to parliament.
Sergey Ohanyan, Member of Parliament from this district, was appointed
head of the regional administration of Martakert two months ago.
There was a single candidate ` the ex-minister of health Zoya Lazaryan.
According to the Central Election Commission, of the 3677 voters
registered in the electoral district 3235 voted. 3203 voted for Zoya
Lazaryan, 6 voted against her, 26 ballots were invalid.
On Sunday two communities voted to mayor. The community of Hin Tagher,
Hadrut region, elected the only candidate Edik Aivazyan, and the
village of Dadivank, Shahumyan elected Davit Sargsyan of the two
candidates running in the election.
