HOLDING LEGITIMATE AND DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL IS A PRIORITY FOR RPA

Holding legitimate and democratic presidential elections on February
19 is the most important task for the ruling Republican Party of
Armenia (RPA), Spokesman of RPA Edward Sharmazanov stated in Yerevan
today. Sharmazanov stated that the Republican Party has the political
will for holding such elections.
"Democracy in Armenia does not have an alternative, and we should have
an invulnerable President from the point of view of his legitimate
status," the RPA Spokesman stated.
According to Sharmazanov, Serge Sargsyan has the perquisites to win in
the first round of the presidential elections with obvious superiority
of votes.
