NIS OBSERVATION MISSION OPENS CENTER IN YEREVAN

The center of NIS observation mission opened in Yerevan today. The
head is Garkun Vladimir Giliarovich, the first vice chairman of NIS
executive committee. He was shortly received by Garegin Azaryan,
chairman of the Central Electoral Committee.
~SWe will implement short time and long term mission,~T the head of
the center told reporters after the meeting. In his words, 5 long
term observers work in the center now and the number will go up to
17. In general, the mission includes 150-170 observers. The head of
the center mentioned that almost all polling centers will be visited.
