ARMENIAN ICE HOCKEY TEAM COMES THIRD IN BELGRADE

    YEREVAN, JANUARY 25, ARMENPRESS: Armenia's under-20
ice hockey team beat Bulgaria 11-2 in the last seventh
game at the under-20 World Championships in Belgrade
to win the third place of the division.
Armenians celebrated four wins and lost three
games. New Zealand's under 20's caused a big upset by
beating Serbia 5 - 4 in the last game to win the
    division three Gold medal.
It's the first time the under 20s of New Zealand
have won Gold at the International Ice Hockey World
Championships but it's the second gold in two years
for the New Zealand Federation with the senior men
winning their division in Ireland last year.
After big wins over Bulgaria, Turkey and Armenia,
and a 7-2 win over Australia, New Zealand has also
secured promotion to Division Two next year
