"Today, it is the last day when the military prosecutor's office can
recover what is not done yet," said Hayk Alumyan, the advocate of
"Mataghis" case.
Note: the 24 volume documents of the criminal case were presented
to the advocate for the examination; and it was allowed to apply for
the investigation.
According to the advocate the military prosecutor's office did not
start the investigation. "The court of Appeal sent the documents to
the prosecutor's and mentioned what was not carried out," he said.
According to Alumyan, the investigator does what was predicted by
the prosecutor, and he said that the prosecutor's office would keep
its mistake till the end.
"Anyway if there is little but still chance I want to use it," said
the advocate.
Note: two soldiers were murdered in "Mataghis" military unit and
three soldiers from the same unit are charged with the criminal case.
