SERZH SARGSYAN: "TAXES BASIS OF WELFARE"

"I am an orphan and I believe in Serzh Sargsyan as he carries the names
of Monte and Tigran Mets on his shoulders. We should also remember
that he has his special investment on NK war," said 19 years old Haykaz
Manukyan from Aragatsotn in Serzh Sargsyan's pre electoral meeting.
"Levon also came to Aragatsotn, he also made his speech, but we did
not understand anything because he was smearing. He came in 1991,
took all the factories and money and today he speaks about fairness,"
said pensioner Shoghik Grigoryan.
"His parents died in genocide, but he does not recognize genocide
himself," said pensioner Mari Karapetyan. She said that once he
believed in Levon Ter-Petrosyan but now she does not.
Today Serzh Sargsyan had meetings with people from Voskevaz,
Oshakan and Ashtarak. "We can create prosperous Armenia only working
hard. The country should take into consideration the initiatives of
its people. If people do not want to work, then the government can
not do by itself," said Sargsyan.
According to the Prime Minister, the main problem is creating working
place and paying of the taxes. When taxes are paid they could build
schools, sport centers, roads. He said that Armenia does not have
natural resources, and taxes are the only basis of our welfare future.
