plans to file a claim to the Constitutional Court to announce the
presidential election as illegitimate, the secretary of the election
headquarters of presidential runner Levon Ter-Petrosyan, said on
    Tuesday.

`The opposition has enough facts and the legal base to recognize the
election as illegitimate,' Arman Musinayan said.

Meanwhile, the opposition continues the round-the-clock protest
action in Yereven for the sixth day running.

`People will protest on the square,' until the Constitutional Court
    considers the claim, he said.

`The support for the opposition among population and the government
    grows every day,' Musinayan said.

According to his information, eleven people began on Tuesday an
open-end hunger strike on the capital's square, where the opposition
    is protesting.

`We have strong intentions and they are no shaken. We use every
opportunity provided by the law and will continue our struggle until
power is transferred to the people and their representative,'
    Musinayan said.

Supporters of Prime Minister Serzh Sarkisyan, who won the February 19
election, gathered for a rally in front of the government's building.

The Yereven mayor office said rallies and protest actions of the
    opposition are unsanctioned and illegal.
