The Speaker of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Gulyan congratulated
Tigran Sargsyan on his appointment to the post of the Prime minister of
the Republic of Armenia. The message says, in part:
`On behalf of the NKR National Assembly and myself, let me congratulate
you on the occasion fo your appointment as the Prime Minister of the
Republic of Armenia.
Your productive activity in the field of state governance, especially
as the Chairman of the Central bank of Armenia, inspires confidence in
your activity in the post of the Prime Minister of the Republic of
Armenia.
We are hopeful that as a continuation of stable traditions, you will
spare no effort for the further improvement and deepening of interstate
ties between the Republic of Armenia and the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
