EVENT DEDICATED TO ANNIVERSARY OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE TO BE ORGANIZED BY ARMENIAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF ALBANY

TROY, APRIL 24, ARMENIANS TODAY - NOYAN TAPAN. On April 25, the
Armenian National Committee of Albany (ANC of Albany), will host the
93rd annual commemoration of the Armenian Genocide at Troy City Hall.
As the Aremnian National Committee of America (ANCA) reports,
Congressman Michael McNulty, Mayor Harry Tutunjian of Troy, and Mayor
Michael Manning of Watervliet will be in attendance at the event, and
will speak and reflect on the importance of genocide recognition. Also
present will be Democratic Darius Shahinfar, who is seeking to replace
the retiring Congressman McNulty.
The event will be followed by a dinner and a lecture by David Kherdian,
an Armenian American poet and novelist.
