ELECTIONS OF SPITAK MAYOR TO BE HELD ON MAY 4

YEREVAN, APRIL 25, NOYAN TAPAN. On May 4, elections of community head
are scheduled in the town of Spitak, Lori region and in the rural
community of Blagorodnoye, the same region, as well as in the rural
communities of Shahumian and Mrgavet, Ararat region.
As NT correspondent was informed by district electoral commission N 29,
current Mayor, RPA member Vanik Asatrian, OFMA LTD's Director, RPA
member Gagik Sahakian, individual entrepreneur, member of Bargavach
Hayastan (Prosperous Armenia) party Artyom Makarian, non-partisans,
Director of construction LTD Mihran Sisakian and Deputy Director Ashot
Danielian, member of community's council of elders Samvel Gabrielian
and unemployed Serzhik Tadevosian are candidates for Mayor's post.
