NALBANDIAN, BRYZA DISCUSSED A NUMBER OF REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ISSUES

RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received the US Co-Chair of the
OSCE Minsk Group, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Bryza.
The main issues on the agenda included the peace process of the
Karabakh conflict settlement, the latest developments in the region,
Armenian-Turkish relations, etc.
Turning to the recent developments in the Armenian-Turkish relations,
Edward Nalbandian noted that the Armenian side positively assesses
the visit of the Turkish president Abdullah Gul to Armenia, which is
a serious impetus to launching dialogue.
Regarding Turley's initiative of establishing a Stability and
Cooperation Platform in the Caucasus RA Foreign Minister noted that
Armenia welcomes the steps targeted at the reinforcement of trust
and development of cooperation in the region.
At the guest's request, Minister Nalbandian presented the results of
his visit to Georgia.
Edward Nalbandian and Matthew Bryza dwelt on a number of regional
