YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 18, NOYAN TAPAN. The swearing-in ceremony of the
newly appointed judge of the RA Civil Court of Appeal Arsen Mkrtchian
took place at the September 18 sitting of the Justice Council. NT
was informed by the presidential press service that congratulating
the judge on his appointment, Serzh Sargsyan wished that he would be
impartial and independent in his work.
