"The recognition of the independence of Karabakh should always be in
the arsenal of our diplomacy. And we should periodically remind both
Azerbaijan and the international community about this.
Besides, the weapon should be used at the right moment. Regardless
the developments in South Ossetia and Abkhazia, that moment has
not yet arrived for Karabakh," ex-Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan
is convinced.
