"Nagorno Karabakh" must declare its position on all levels and whenever
possible, said vice-speaker of the "parliament" of "Nagorno Karabakh
Republic" Rudik Usnunts in his interview to Azat Artsakh republican
    newspaper.

He said the position of the Karabakh side has not changed and implies
the right for self-determination, elimination of the enclave situation
    and ensuring security.

"Any version of the Karabakh conflict settlement must base on these
principles and must be approved by the people of Nagorno Karabakh",
said Usnunts. He announced that in this sense it is necessary to take
    into account some nuances.

"Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan are neighbors and will have to
co-exist. On the other hand, the peaceful resolution of the Karabakh
conflict, which must ensure further peaceful co-existence of two
    neighbors, envisions mutual concessions.

It is necessary to prepare the publics of these two countries for
the said perspective. I do not consider that the bellicose rhetorics
of Azerbaijan is its best stimulus. The neighbor country does not
want war like Karabakh, but we are always ready for war in case of
possible worsening of the situation", said Usnunts.

He noted that by results of the recent trainings the so-called
"president" of "Nagorno Karabakh" Bako Saakyan assured the journalists
that such readiness will allow the defense army of "NKR" not only
to defend themselves but also transfer the military actions inside
Azerbaijan and "this statement of the president was not casual".
