WORLD CHESS OLYMPIAD - ARMENIA LEADS TOURNAMENT

After the fifth round of World Chess Olympiad in Drezden Armenian
men team scored 9 points and leads the Olympiad. In the fifth round
our team defeated the team of Netherlands by 2,5-1,5 points.
Note that Armenian men team is not the only team to have 9 points,
as Ukraine, Germany, Russia, England and Azerbaijan have equal scores.
The fifth round was successful for Armenian women team as they defeated
French by 2,5-1,5 points. Currently women team has 8 points and is
in the seventh horizontal.
