ARMENIA'S PARTICIPATION IN FRANCOPHONIA INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION IS BECOMING ACTIVE

ArmInfo. Armenia's participation in Francophonia International
Organization is becoming active.
As press-service of Armenian Foreign Ministry told ArmInfo, on 30
January Armenian foreign minister's adviser, ambassador Kristian
Ter-Petrosyan met Secretary General of Francophonia International
Organization Abdou Diouf. Ter-Petrosyan presented to the secretary
general Armenia's actions on deepening cooperation after its joining
the organization as an associated member. Secretary general was pleased
for the fact that Armenia had applied to join Assemblee parlementaire
de la Francophonie.
Ter-Petrosyan said Armenia is waiting for the support of the
organization in the matter of retraining of French language teacher
in Armenia as well as organizing French language courses for top
officials and diplomates.
Ter-Petrosyan proved Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan's
invitation to Abdou Diouf to visit Armenia.
